Fifth Avenue is located on one of Jomtien’s best locations centrally placed within the Prathumnak area.The building is facing down to the sea, and have a nine hole golf course in front. Translated from Thai language Prathumnak means “The Royal Palace”. The area got this name because the Royal Family has a Residence here. This is the most fashionable and quiet area in the whole Pattaya/ Jomtien region. The nicest beach in Jomtien is only a few steps away.

If you are a “golfer” you have at least 20 golf courses within an area of only approximately 1 hour’s drive from the Residence and many more in the surrounding areas.

Pattaya city centre with all its facilities is only a 5 minutes trip away with car. The city centre has during the last years undergone major changes, and has now become an “in” location not only for tourists, but also for the Bangkok residents. This is due to the great shopping possibilities and restaurants, the bustling night life, the street stalls as well as the various animal and amusement/ leisure parks located nearby and in the district. Jomtien is only a little more than an hour’s drive from the International Airport outside Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi), and it is already decided that a new high-speed railway will be built from the airport that will make Jomtien even more central and faster accessed.

How to Find: 

The Residence has access from public streets. Drive down Soi 5 of Prathumnak Rd., and when the street divides into two; keep on to right hand side. Shortly after you will see a golf course on the right side, take the right turn and the land is located on the left side of the road.
